Prices

1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
2. Whilst every care is taken in the preparation of this website mistakes can sometimes happen. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by you where we have incorrectly advertised wrong price for any product.
3. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, as we are not as yet registered.
4. Price and availability information is subject to change with notice.

Payment

1. To allow us to speed up processing of orders via our website we use Paypal
   Where if you chose to do so Paypal will instantly approve your credit cards.
2. We are happy to take cheques and all orders will be sent after monies have been received.
3. For all special personal orders we shall require a deposit of 50%.
   

Delivery

1. We aim to deliver your orders within 2 weeks of the order being placed unless you have been told otherwise, i.e. if you have ordered something that will take longer to make, you will be advised of that when ordering.
2. As we use either couriers or the Royal Mail to deliver your goods we cannot be held responsible if goods take longer due either to industrial action or other reasons for delays due to no fault of our own, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal service.
3. We will deliver the goods to the address you have provided so please make sure you give us the full correct address including postcodes or zip codes.
4. Please allow 14 working days before contacting us for a delivery although it will in most cases be quicker that this.

Returns or damaged goods.

1. If you receive a piece that is broken in the post which is highly unlikely we will replace the piece.
2. Any pieces returned faulty will be examined before refunding any monies.
