Q. How can I be sure any glass I buy will arrive safely?

A. I personally check the order, and use only the best packing available especially for glass and even when I have sent it abroad the glass arrived in one piece.

Q. How long will a piece that I have commissioned take to make?

A. Depending on size and complexity from a week to a month. Most pieces I have ordered have been ready in a week. This is something I will always talk about and will guarantee to give an exact date for

If you are ordering a stained glass or leaded light window then it may take up to 28 days but you will always be advised of this. For Christmas commissions I recommend ordering in November unless you want a stock item, but bear in mind we are busy at Christmas.

Q. Do you require a deposit for commissions?

A. On all orders over £50 or on orders with personal names we would require 50% deposit.
